What we collect

When you contact us we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address, phone number, project location and a description of your project. This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead with us, to deliver the work. We do not sell your information.

Our legal basis

We process your details because you asked us to get in touch (legitimate interests) and, if you become a client, to perform a contract with you.

Sharing

We share information only with providers that help us run our business, such as email and hosting services (this site is hosted on Cloudflare), and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting project, and for any period the law requires afterwards.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To do so, contact us using the details on our contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy and will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
