Clinics

Clinics designed around patients and the people who care for them

Medical, dental and therapy spaces that work from the first day — built accurately, to programme and with as little disruption as possible.

Healthcare

A clinic has to work the moment it opens

Patients notice the welcome, the calm and how easily they can find their way. Clinicians notice whether rooms, equipment and services actually suit the way they work. We build for both.

Healthcare buildings are less forgiving than most: layouts, finishes, services and access all carry real consequences. We plan those details early, and coordinate the specialists involved, so the finished space does its job.

Healthcare projects

Healthcare projects we take on

Medical, dental, physiotherapy, wellness and other practitioner-led premises.

New clinic buildings

Purpose-built premises designed around the services you provide and the way you plan to grow.

Conversions & fit-out

Turning shops, offices or houses into clinics, including the planning change of use where it is needed.

Refurbishment

Upgrading an existing clinic, phased so that appointments can carry on while the work is done.

Process

How we deliver a clinic

  1. Brief

We learn how your clinic runs, who uses each space and what equipment it needs to support.

  2. Plan

Layout, services, consents and a phasing strategy agreed before anything starts on site.

  3. Build

A tidy, well-managed site, with disruption planned for and communicated to your team.

  4. Open

Testing, handover and the documentation you need, so you can open with confidence.

FAQ

Questions we are often asked

Can you work while the clinic is still open?

Often, yes. We agree a phasing plan with you in advance, so noisy or disruptive work is scheduled around appointments wherever it can be.

Do you understand healthcare requirements?

Your clinical needs and your regulator lead, and we build to them. We coordinate the specialists involved and raise questions early, so requirements are designed in rather than discovered late.

Can you convert a non-clinical building?

Yes. We assess whether a building suits clinical use, advise on any planning change of use that may be needed, and manage the conversion.

What about equipment and IT?

We coordinate power, data and fixings with your suppliers early, so equipment can go in smoothly at the end.
