Building in LondonLondon is ourhome ground
Every borough has its own character, policies and constraints. We know how to navigate them — and how to build beautifully within them.
The city
London rewards those who respect it. Its constraints are part of the brief.
Building here means working with history, density and scrutiny. Conservation officers, neighbours, Party Wall surveyors, highways teams and building control all have a stake in your project, and each needs to be engaged at the right moment.
We plan for that from the first appraisal. The result is a smoother planning process, calmer neighbours, a safer site and a building that belongs on its street.

Questions
London questions
Do you work in every London borough?
We work across Greater London. Each borough has its own planning policies and local requirements, and we tailor the approach accordingly.
My home is in a conservation area. Can I still extend?
Often, yes, but the design needs to respect the character of the area. We assess what is likely to be acceptable before design work goes too far.
What is a Construction Management Plan?
Many London councils require a plan showing how deliveries, parking, noise, dust and working hours will be managed. We prepare it as part of the project.
Who handles Party Wall matters?
We coordinate the process with Party Wall surveyors, so notices are served on time and agreements are in place before the relevant work begins.
